At Lazer, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read below for details about our warranty and returns policy:
Warranty Coverage
All Lazer products are backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What's Covered:
- Defective materials or workmanship
- Malfunctions under normal use
- Electrical components failure (excluding damage caused by improper installation or usage)
What's Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by acts of nature or external factors beyond our control
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval before processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@lazercaraudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the return label.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
